As you shop on vividphoto web site by clicking on a button labeled Add to Cart
or Add Photo to Cart, items you added are placed in your shopping cart. Items in shopping cart get saved
on your account until you complete the order process or remove the items or log out from the web site.
At any time, you can click on  My Cart that appears in the upper
right corner of the page to view the contents of your shopping cart. After you have all of the items you want to order in your shopping cart, click on the Next button on the right side of
the shopping cart page. This will take you through the checkout process where you finalize the
order.
All orders require a credit card. We use SSL software to protect your
private credit card information.
To place your order on our secure server is safe and easy.

Enter your credit card information. Do not include spaces between numbers.
We accept Visa, MasterCard and Discover.

Enter your card number, the
security code
(the numbers that appear on the back of the credit card), the expiration date, and
the name that appears on the card.

Review your shipping address and billing address.
Your cardholder name and billing address provided
MUST match exactly with your credit card issuing bank's record.

When you're ready, click Place Order to complete your order. Please be patient
- credit card verification and transaction processing may take a little time.

When your order transaction is complete, you'll see a screen with your order number, items ordered and billing/shipping information.
Please print this page for your records - you cannot bookmark it. Vividphoto will also send you a confirmation email.

View Order is a complete list of the orders you have
placed with vividphoto. You'll see the order
number, order date, shipping date and status.
To view your orders:

In your
Internet browser, enter www.vividphoto.com
as the URL address. The vividphoto home page is displayed.
then click on Sign in.

After signed on click My Account on top of the page.

Click View Orders.

Click on the order number
to see the complete details of the order. You'll see the customer, shipping, billing information,
order number, order date, shipping information, quantity, unit price, description, subtotal, shipping and grand total.

We provide two types of shipping options.
USPS First Class
Best economy value. Estimated Time of Delivery:
2 to 9 days
Delivery to every address in the United States - including PO Boxes and military
addresses.
USPS Priority Class
Expedited delivery to every address in the United States - including PO Boxes and military
addresses. Typically 2-3 Days to major cities in
the US

In-store pickup

We offer in-store pickup service for local customers for all vividphoto online purchases.
You pay the local sales tax for your order, no shipping charges applied.
We highly suggest that you call the store ahead of time to make sure that your orders are ready to pick up. Click for vividphoto location
To order with in-store pickup, click on the check box 'Location Pickup' on the top right of the shoppingcart page.
